He grew his culinary heritage in St Emilion South west of France, working in Michelin restaurants and Luxury brand of Relais et Chateaux, SLH . His intriguing modern french style has been very well appreciated in Guangzhou for more than 6years. Leaving Canton Tower, where he was in charge of ‘Lutece’, which has the world Guinness record of being the highest revolving French restaurant of the world, He recently moved to Shenzhen to open CAYA Lounge, where he has already begin to surprise his western and local guests, leaving some speechless in front of his dishes.
